Seton Hall University
Seton University – School of Law offers two online law programs: Master of Science in Jurisprudence (MSJ) and Master of Laws (LL.M.). The MSJ is for non-lawyers composed of 31 credits with five different concentrations:
- Health and Hospital Law
- Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Law & Compliance
- Intellectual Property Law
- Privacy and Cyber Security
- Financial Services Compliance
The LL.M. program is offered in three different pathways: financial services compliance, health law, or intellectual law. However, the intellectual law LL.M is not offered entirely online. The LL.M degrees are composed of 24 credit hours and a high quality paper.
Law School faculty members conduct research on a health and intellectual property law topics. Seton Hall has also produced the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Compliance Manual.
